Not able to get hold of any customer service to assist me in changing a booking
I have made a booking with Travelstart for the 30th of September, I have tried changing my booking. I have tried contacting them, sending them multiple messages on whatsapp and many customer query forms with no one reaching out or contacting me back.
It is basically impossible to get hold of travelstart to change my booking. They have no customer service that is reachable.
This is unacceptable and I believe will be against the consumer protection act.

I have tried to call to no avail. Please note that the flight for 30 September is operated by Kulula and can only be changed with the airline directly. Please contact the airline to amend the booking as we do not have access to their directives or system in order to action a secure change.
