Nonhle Thusi - THE BEST

Yesterday I decided to change my flights and paid. I made an error and sent proof of payment to the incorrect email. However, Nonhle Thusi, the most amazing woman was able to sift through a hoard of emails and find my proof of payment. Not only that, she was able to issue my new airline ticket on the correct dates in less than 30 minutes. Her reassurance and friendly voice made me so glad to find someone so fantastic to work with.
