Non responsive terrible service

Absolutely non responsive service. There is no way I can get hold of these guys in dire need of help and urgent support. No response on WhatsApp channel, email, call, app. Have never felt this helpless ever in travel.

Can’t take customers for so granted! I am missing all my further meetings and booking. Who is going to take the responsibility for this surprisingly poor service?
