Non existing despicable service!!!!

1 star is too much... I have never been disappointed in a company... I have been trying to get a hold of anyone since 8 Feb urgently and neither my mail or messages have been attended to... as a company I don't think we will be making use of your services anymore. Urgent request of flight changes are ignored no one replies to any method of communication... and there is no actual contact nr. With all the problems I have encountered as big company that have made all our bookings through them this will have been the last time we will use them. The customer service is no existing and despicable!! BE WARNED SHOULD YOU WANT TO MAKE ANY SORT OF CHANGE ON A BOOKING... STAY AWAY FROM TRAVELSTART.
