I completed the 'Contact us' page on the website twice. No response. The contact number ***) directs you to a Whatsapp bot or the contact page - you cannot speak to a person. The Whatsapp bot directs you back to the contact page on the website. This is the forth attempt at completing this contact form requesting assistance!!

I want a refund of the money paid for a flexible ticket. I also want compensation from Travelstart for a fee charged by the airline for making the change directly.
