Non-Existent Customer Service! No Refund, because of their neglegence!

This is the worst customer service that you will ever experience! Their Watsapp Chat is non existent, you will wait for hours for them to reply! Don't try speaking to them on the phone either, they have excuses for everything. I canceled a booking, the plane has left already, and still they have not canceled it from their side?! So how will I get a refund? "Sorry mam, we will try to help you, but we can't guarantee that you will get e refund."
