non existent customer service

travelstart has become a shocking travel agent. i used them years ago and they were good. Not anymore. there customer service is non existent. i made an error on my booking. they no longer have phone lines. all done by whatsapp, however there whatsapp service is useless. after 3 days of not getting back to me , they finally sent me a message saying sorry we cant help , get in touch with the airline directly. cost me 305 to change a flight that with another travel agent would have been free. do not use travelstart any longer . they are not good any more. if you make one mistake , they will not help
