Nobody is getting back to me
Payed for flights online....i never received any reference number or proof for my flights....all i receive is a message from my bank to say money has been deducted
I keep calling them....i end up waiting 10-20 mins for an agent to assist.....nobody picks up
This is very pathetic for a company to operate in this manner......
I expect feed back ASAP......
Otherwise I will be taking this further(legal action)
