*** We booked with the above ref and were sent a booking confirmation. Due to work commitments, I need to cancel my flights. We contacted Travelstart to cancel my flights and were advised that the tickets are non-refundable. When I went through the confirmation with one of their agents she could not explain why the confirmation said nothing about the tickets being non-refundable and why the confirmation had refund conditions, where cancelation was covered. Since then, I have been advised that this matter was escalated and someone would return to me. It's been 2 weeks and I have been following up but no1 has any solution or any explanation for me. I don't know if I will ever get a resolution or some kind of feedback.
