No way of contacting Travelstart hotels

I made a hotel booking with Travelstart hotels I didn’t receive confirmation with hotel details I called was told there’s no way of contacting the hotel entity besides an email I wrote 3 emails not even an acknowledgment I went on the booking which it was VA said cancellation before 11th is a full refund tried that and response says refund in 15 days and will be 50% then I wrote to them to rather keep my booking still no response
