No tickets book - Travelstart

We booked tickets through Travelstart to Kefalonia. They didn't book our flight off the island, and we had to book new tickets to be able to catch the next flight in Athens. On my last day of holiday on the island, I was on the phone the whole day, and they didn't help at all. We requested a refund and it has now week's and they haven't responded with an answer. Please stay away from them, they are quick to take your money but not eager to help or refund.
