No tickets and overcharged

Horrible travel company I have been waiting for my tickets that I was overcharged for for 8 days now I’ve tried contacting you guys on all of your platforms including social media and nothing concrete has been said to me ..I want my tickets and my refund I was charged for 6 tickets instead of the 5 that I booked !!!! I’m never using your platform ever again your services are horrible
