No Show

I booked a flight through Travelstart (on Cemair) on the 22 November 2017 to fly from OR Tambo to Sishen on the 9 December 2017 and back the 10 December 2017. My client pitched at the airport on the 9 December 2017 at 5h15 for the 6h00 fllight and was informed that there is no flights to Sishen on weekends. Now it gets interesting as Travelstart deducted R4 296 from my bank account for the flights. Nobody let me or my client know that there isn't a flight nor has anybody contacted me to refund me. I did speak to a person by the name Amy at Cemairs contact centre on Saturday morning to ask why they take bookings and there are no flights, she told me to send them a e-mail ********** but also no reply or refund. I would like to worn people to watch out for Travelstart and Cemair for flight that do not exits. They also don't respond to any e-mails and Travelstart doesn't answer their call centre

Why did you then book the flight and deducted R4 296 from my bank account on the 22 November 2017? I would like an explanation and refund by Monday. Hi Mortimer,

Our Schedule change department is having a look into this booking as they did not receive the notification about the flight schedule change.

They are also following up with the airline regarding a possible refund on the unused ticket.

They will be in touch with you a bit later today.

Kind regards,

Nazley

Best regards,

Please don't give me a run around. You booked a flight that did not exist. As easy as that. You want me to take this to the news papers?

Public, please be aware of Travelstart flight bookings. There was never flights to Sishen on weekends and now they say they were not aware of any flight schedule changes (because there were no changes).
