NO SERVICE AT ALL!!
Travelstart is the most useless company I have ever worked with. They say they will get back tou. It has now been an week and nobody rep**** yet.
I will not recommend them for anyone. Service simply doesnt exist.

I've searched using your details provided and located your booking.
Looking at the correspondence and history of the booking the agent had reached out to the supplier and was currently awaiting feedback. Only once the agent receives the relevant feedback are they able to advise accordingly.
Due to the current situation there are delays in receiving responses from our suppliers as they are receiving high volumes of queries. Apologies for the frustration caused in waiting, however I see the agent has since been in contact with you earlier today.
Should you have any further queries you welcome to respond to their email. There is a 24 - 48 hour turn around time, however please be assured we have all hands on deck assisting customers as quickly and efficiently as possible.
