NO RESPONSE with any request on their "Contact Us" - PAY my REFUND
The "CONTACT US" submission of tickets gives you absolutely no ref#, an indication that it has been received, ABSOLUTELY no response after weeks.
It was easier contacting the airline who gave me great service, unfortunately, they could not pay out my refund.
Travelstart must be dragging their feet to get interest on my money or something because this is borderline embezzlement- PLEASE just confirm you received my request... AND pay my refund.

Please note the airlink flight has been sent for a refund of their flight and the unused Turkish airlines flight has been quoted. I have requested the team reach out to Turkish airlines for a greater refund as the amount quoted was as per the conditions of the airline.
