No response or refund
We made a booking on the 14 March 2021 on Travelstart. They came back saying the booking is cancelled but the money went off and still no refund back. I'm trying to get hold of this company on-line and through mobile but no luck. How can a person run a company like this.

I have checked the booking and can see that we actioned the refund on the full amount and was paid on Sunday already. I will be sending an email with you refund confirmation that you can inquire with the bank as to what the delay is.
