No Response on refund
Hi Team,
I m waiting for response on refund for flight cancellation, It's been almost 6 months and there is no response from Travelstart and there is no contact number as well.
My Booking reference number: ZA***3

I have checked the booking and can see that the billing was received for the refund of the miles and the team is yet to conclude it. I have requested them to action and revert back to you should they need additional information to conclude the refund.
