No response from Travelstart for 2 days
We contacted Travelstart contact-us e-mail facility on 28 June. On 30 June still no reply. Tried al the contact channels. Cannot speak to any person. Whatsapp chat does not provide answers that is required. Whatsapp refers to Contact us e-mail page, which we are still waiting for from Monday 28 June, 2 days ago. Going in circles in the digital void, no help from the company, no person to talk to, no response whatsoever.

I have tried to call you to assist you with the booking. I have seen your request and can advise that the airline is not permitting a refund on their flights, however they are allowing passengers to place the booking on a hold until 31 December 2021. I will send you an email with this information and you can advise if you would like me to create the credit for you.
