No response ever

I wish i can chose a minis 100000. I have tried to cancel a flight from th 23rd of May 2022. My agent has also tried to cancel on my behalf. I email travelstart everyday, full in so many contact forms its insane, i keep on getting automatic emails thay will respond in 24 hours, its the 3rd of June and no one has tried to contact me or has gotten back to me about my cancellation or refund this is utterly useless. But taking the monies is no problem at all for them. ZA***0
