No response and no one to speak to at Travelstart

We booked tickets with Travelstart. The E-tickets didn't come through, and there is absolutely no one to speak to. Even the landline number refers you back to Whatsapp and the Whatsapp number is manned by an automated travel assistant. And one gets no response.
