NO response

Im at a point where I just want to give up, I honestly will never use this platform ever again, changing tickets is a nightmare as it takes forever to get an answer. I have tried over the past 6 weeks to get hold of anyone by phone been on hold for 30 minutes at a time or via your contact form, have entered my details numerous times over the past weeks with no response. I have asked for a quote on my refund so that I can accept, no one replies whether I can actually do these 2 steps as 1. I want a refund and the money refunded back to my credit card.
