No response

I have been waiting a reply to an email sent on 22/12/2021!!! The automated response says 24-72 hours but it is now almost a month!!!! I have since emailed again, sent a whatsapp, sent a Twitter status, sent a facebook message, phoned numerous times and left messages and nobody gets back to me. This email in December was of vital importance, could somebody from Travelstart South Africa make the effort to read messages, listen to messages and reply to emails please ASAP!!!!!!
