No reply to emails! Still waiting for my refund!!
I wish I had read the reviews before booking with with this site.
I have sent countless number of requests for a cancelation of a booking for Dec 2020. I accidentally selected the wrong dates and immediately sent a cancelation mail to the email address provided. I wasn't too worried as the cancelation conditions allowed full refund if canceled more than 30 days before. I requested a cancelation on the 14th of October. Till this day there hasn't been a response or acknowledgement of the countless mails I have sent.
Maybe they waiting for the my deposit to be non-refundable before they reply to my mails. This is partly my fault because I always book with booking.com. Why I even looked at this booking site, I don't know.
If you were planning on using this site... ABORT, I repeat ABORT! Try a more reputable booking site.
