I am so sorry to hear you feel that way, and although not a resolution to your query or an excuse, we are limited to the turn around time of the bank itself. I see that this was done already on the 2nd of May. Again it was explained that the authorisation for this amount has been reversed/ lifted. This means you won't see it as a credit on your account, only that the balance will be adjusted accordingly.
Kindly check your bank statements to confirm.
