No Refund on suspended flight, due to covid
I bought my tickets through Travelstart on British Airways. Now British Airways has suspended their flights due to covid restrictions and when I ask Travelstart to refund me in full, because it wasn't me that canceled, they don't want to. My eticket is ZA***6. Please assist me.
