No refund in 5 months

<p>I had to cancel a trip to Cairo. Tickets purchased through Travelstart. Had a major fall and broke both my ankles and coxxyx a week before departure date. Cancelled and asked to be refunded. NO money has been refunded. I have all the correspondence. Enquired again today and received an invoice to process the re fund for R800.00 Now awaiting a reply promised by Gwen from ***nor Pylman-Meyer. NEVER again with this company.</p>
