No Refund

My parents flights have been canceled. Travelstart - you refuse to give a refund. Where has my money disappeared to for their return flight. Your lines are not operational and I cannot get answers out of you. I have been a loyal customer of your for many years.. Check your records and this is the way you treat your customers. Our President clearly stated that companies must not ******* consumers during this difficult time. Continue with your actions and I will be writing to the Office of the President as well as the Ombudsman. I assure you that I will seek legal advice tomorrow and should it be that I have enough to institute ******** charges against any organization or any employee responsible for refund failure.. I will I ask that we don't go this route and rather assist me to get my pensioner parents home after the lockdown.
