No refund after 6 months

I purchased an international flight ticket through Travelstart in 2019. After various postponements due to covid lockdowns, I tried to rebook the ticket. At this stage Travelstart said that the airline is struggling to find my ticket and therefore I cannot rebook. This went on for several months. With no help coming forth from Travelstart, I decided to cancel and ask for a refund. In august 2022 Travelstart confirmed that I will be refunded, but that this can take up to 24 weeks. I have waited 28 weeks and nothing has happened. To top it all, the email I used to converse with in 2022 is no longer in use. Truly terrible service.
