No rebooking response

<p>After no assistance, except delaying flights to another date TBC after my father was in a serious accident just before their flight, Travelstart is not responding in sending a quotation to amend the flight dates. How difficult can it be to reschedule flights? All I get is "We will send the quotation right away" after it has been pending since the 24th!!!! and they state state clearly on their emails "it will only take 24 hours"!!!! I am sick and tired trying to deal with a travel company that is fast to take your money and find 100 loopholes why not to refund but rather reschedule, probably at an eloborate rate!!! This is totally unexceptable! I will contact Etihad personally and will NEVER recommend Travelstart to anybody!!</p>
