no info regarding extra charges mislead

I did an urgent booking on travelstart n had to cancel. Unfortunately they could only cancel a kulula flight and charge a surcharge for using a card... no option exists for eft! Had to use it. When i checked my bank statement they charged 98!!!! Feel really cheated... thats not fair. Not even overseas companies charge fees like this! Scepical about using them ever again... i thought they were helpful to cancel one booking but now i realise they make more money cancelling it
