No follow-up or follow-through

Disappointed for the umpteenth time with Travelstart. They make empty promises and take forever to do anything.

We have done most of the work for them regarding our outstanding refund of more than 18 months and yet they can't even do the bare minimum to help us? Travelstart you keep failing us again and again. I don't even know what to do anymore.
