No feedback or communication regarding flight payment
Had to make a cash deposit to their ABSA account on Friday 18 February 2022 and I still have not received payment confirmation
I have tried to reach them using their WhatsApp option but I still don’t get assistance. I have filled a form on their website and still not received and feedback regarding my request.
My trip is coming up soon and this is causing frustration. Any contact numbers don’t go through with regards to phone calls
