No Feedback!!!

And yet again no respond from Travelstart.... I've been asking now for nearly a week if we can get our money back for our BA flights.... As an email said we can only get R134.98 of all the money we paid. I even asked how will we go about then to rebook tickets or use the so called voucher then to rebook other flights. I think it's terrible that no one responds to messages.

Believe me I'll never use Travelstart again....we try to support travel agencies but there is no way that you can contact them and no feedback.

Ridiculous!!!!
