No e-ticket despite confirmation of booking

I booked and paid on Wednesday. Funds cleared same day. No e-ticket. Today I contacted them via WhatsApp and response was that e-ticket was sent. Still no e-ticket. Sms said I must download flapp and track my booking. On flapp it says no booking
