No customer assistance.
Unable to reach someone!!!
I have a flight booked for tomorrow morning, urgently need to move it. However I've been trying to contact someone to assist me with this for the last 36 hours!
Unbelievable as I usually don't have problem with this company. There customer service is shocking, can't beleive how useless this is. It seems impossible to reach someone.
Wouldn't recommend.
