No consideration for client/people.
I have been trying to reach this company since 13 March 2022, it's 24 March now. They cancelled my flights which was meant to be on 17 March and are not reachable to arrange refund. I have sent 4 emails, called them waiting long on the phone and no answer. I don't know what to do now to get my money back. Never again will i use their services

I have checked the booking and can see that on 15 March we received a request via the client contact form under the subcategory EFT banking details and thus was not actioned as a refund. Please note we have reached out to the airline to provide us with an authorisation to process the refund as requested. Please keep an eye on your emails for further correspondence.
