No communication/feedback at all!
We've been struggling for the last 72hours to get hold of Travelstart in connection with our flight that departs in less than 24 hours. This is completely unacceptable! No feedback what so ever. How long should we still wait for any communication. Do not expect any feedback on the app - I have 4 reference numbers and not one of them has been solved. This is really the worst experience I've had with ANY travel agency.

As advised you will have to contact Kulula to have them remove the flights from the booking and obtain a voucher as the airline is not in a position to refund their tickets.
