avoid this web site like the plague!! you can never speak to anyone; everything has to be done by their contact form in which you will get a one line irrelevant response weeks later. it is appalling. you will request a refund from them for a cancelled flight because the airline has cancelled for covid, and jump through all the hoops on their site and send follow emails and nothing!!
