No Baggage No Refund

Poor experience with Travelstart. Booked 2 flight tickets through them, the confirmation showed baggage included one way which they confirmed themselves. When we got to the airport the airline advised no baggage and made us pay for it, they sent the baggage confirmation receipt after we already paid. We need to be refunded but no response from them as yet.
