No assistance received & not contactable - POOR SERIVCE

I have tried to get into contact with Travel Start, but I am not able to reach them. I paid for the tickets and the very next day I received major changes to the Itinerary which impact both my domestic flights in BKK. I have completed the on-line form but no-one has come back to me. The service is very POOR. This is not acceptable.
