Nightmare experience.

It is a complete nightmare to actually get hold of someone to help you. I have suspended bookings and have been trying to book my flights with no helpful response, accept that it takes ages by email to get a response which is not helpful at all. By phone it is impossible the waiting time is longer than an hour. I gave my booking dates only to hear there are no flights available only to find flights are available when I actually go onto the airline website.
