NEVER USE TRAVELSTART FOIR YOUR TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS.

They always have a story! A bunch of *****! DONT EVER BOOK WITH THEM!!! I booked through Travelstart to fly to UK on Qatar, best prices.... but am paying big time now??? I need to change my booking on my return flight. Firstly,, you cannot physically speak to anyone, you HAVE to do it on the online form, what a copout! Secondly with previous requests, it took 3 weeks for them to respond! Now with the changes I requested, they got back to me with an alternative booking date, with a charge of R14. I had to accept this booking by 1pm, I did this by 11am. They came straight back and said the flights had been sold! What a load of *******, the next offer was R26 000 to change for 2 pax! I decided to change the departure airport as well as date, and checked online for availability. There are plenty flights on the fare I have currently. when I requested this change, I am told sorry no flight availability. What utter nonsense!!! Why are you playing pathetic games here?? I called Qatar, unfortunately they cannot make changes to the booking because I booked through Travelstart. They sure do have me by the short and curlys!! I am going to take this to the highest forum in the travel industry. You don't deserve to be in business!!
