NEVER USE TRAVELSTART EVER

If I could give them a 0 rating I would. The worst customer service experience I have ever had in MY LIFE! Email communications only which go in circles and result in an absolute waste of your time. ZERO RESULTS. We are so angry we ever considered using them and we will VEHEMENTLY discourage any friends and family from booking a flight through them. Reading the other complaints on Hello Peter has made us realise what a huge mistake we made. WOW! Cannot get over it.
