Never use Travelstart!

Where do I start?!

My experience with Travestart has been nothing but terrible! Booked all my international holiday flights with Travelstart. In the event of the Corona virus I contacted travelstart to possibly cancel or postpone my trip to be "quoted" that I'll receive less than 60% of my ticket cost back for cancellation and to change the flights would have cost me more than the flights themselves. Please bare in mind that I flew Singapore Airlines, which offered a full refund!

So I am now in Bali bit Singapore Airline has canceled my return to South Africa. Nearly a day has passed and no notification from Travelstart about the cancellation! Or what they intend to do to get me back to South Africa!
