Never use Travelstart
I have booked return tickets from Cape Town to Johannesburg to fly out on the 26/7/2021 and return on the 2/8/2021 to attend our mothers fenural, paid the tickets for me and the wife in full Going to a Johannesburg no problems Travel start booked both flights with Mango. On the 30th of July 2021 I have heard that Mango is grounded. I have tried everything to contact them without suces. There landlines *** is connected to a recording machine which refer you to a WhatsApp no *** which is connected to a useless computer and can't assist, their e-mailsare all no reply. Now that I am looking for a refund nowhere to be found
