USE THEIR WWW AS A SEARCH ENGINE TO FIND THE BEST DEALS, AND THEN BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE AIRLINE INVOLVED.

THEY CREATE VERY LONG DELAYS OF DAYS, Sending Silly messages up and down, it's possible for weeks to go by without getting a clear answer.

It's easier to call the airline directly, but because the ticket is already booked with travel start, the airline can't make the changes.

If you ask them a specific question, they will reply with a default answer 3 days later, which doesn't help, so it can take many more weeks to get the exact answer needed. This agency should and will close down because they are not effective.

Absolutely useless. Long delays on phone line Can only be reached on South African phone number.
