Never Use SAA on international Flights.

My flights back from Washing have been changed with no consultation. The new flight introduce a layover in Dakar without prior Notification ( SAA Pathetic) <br> <br> 12 Jul 2015 17:40 13 Jul 2015 17:10 United Airlines UA 7228 Washington Dulles O.R. Tambo International OX822T<br> <br> We were not informed by the staff on check of any changes to the flight neither bu Travelstart They only informed us of the stopover 2 hours before landing in Dakar. The Check in staff at Washington was very unprofessional to the point of not really knowing what they were doing .. To make things worse , the airline staff on the plain needs to go for some customer service training as they were not customer service orientated at all!<br> What also confused me :I was booked on United Airlines not SAA .However if I wanted to use SAA I would have booked with SAA!!<br> United Airlines was amazing ! . South African Airways pathetic! Never USE them
