Booked ticket on flexi which according to my understanding, entitles you to 1 FREE date/time change provided same fare class. (As per the app)

Changed date through app and was asked (by email) within minutes to pay R503.50 before 18:00 on that same day failing which fare changes may apply. So place a knife to your throat and pay immediately or …..risk extra fees. As this was late afternoon, I couldn’t have bothered to query the R503 which would have taken days to respond to and proceeded with payment to secure the return ticket. As I was about to process payment, FNB verification came through for R782.50??? Refreshed 3 times and still R 782.50 contrary to their invoice by mail. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY

As a result, family members, company employees and friends will never use them again 46 people in total
