Never book with Travelstart

I have been trying to resolve a suspended ticket issue for over a month and a half. I keep being promised that someone will get back to me with assistance, but I never receive a response.

Eventually, Melissa from Travelstart called me. This was a relief because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of a human being. Melissa told me on the 26th of April that she would provide me with assistance with rescheduling my tickets, and that I would get a response by the 30th of April. I eventually got a response now (2nd of June) and they did not address any of my concerns.

I would recommend to never book with TravelStrart.
