Never book with Travelstart!
I would never recommend Travelstart or use them again. My flights in March 2020 were canceled due to Covid-19 and I still have not received my refund.

Thank you for taking the time out to give us your feedback, im so sorry you feel this way.
I tried calling you ,but just rang and got no option to leave voicemail. I checked your booking and see that you were travelling with Ethiopian Airlines, this airline has revoked all access to their refund processing system. We managed to process your refund application before our permissions were revoked. This was on the 3rd April and then again on the 25th June in a second attempt to get the funds to you without delay, this would mean that now that Ethiopian flights have resumed they will start processing those refunds first.
I called the airline this morning and they said to expect 4-6months for refund to come through, this from the time of submitting and therefor you refund should be coming through soon. As soon as we have the funds from the airline on our billing , you will be informed.
We realize it’s frustrating to wait for your money and we are putting as much pressure as we can on the airlines to process these as quickly as possible. The airlines are trying to work through refund applications as quickly as possible.
